Kraft Cadbury Graduate website

When Kraft Foods and Cadbury came together amid controversial headlines, their first piece of ‘combined’ corporate communications was the 2010 Graduate Programme. Equality Law was chosen to create the concept, design and content of an inclusive and merged organisation, resulting in a website and accompanying collateral that created the highest ever graduate response for the company.

Somerfield Graduate Website

Somerfield looked to broaden the appeal of their 2009 Graduate Programme and chose Equality Law to create the online and offline campaign. The resulting graduate website and attraction material was acknowledged as “the best work we have seen for 10 years” by Edel Conway, Somerfield’s Head of Talent.

2) Diversity Engagement

Welsh Assembly Government Diversity & Equality Brand

Equality Law worked with the Welsh Assembly Government to create their Diversity Brand: designing and writing an offline and online brochure which detailed WAGs commitment and beliefs around Diversity and Equality of Opportunity. The concept, design and content has subsequently become the Diversity & Equality communications platform of WAG, referenced universally throughout the Assembly.

3) Employee Wellbeing

Somerfield Health & Safety Programme

Equality Law created a Health & Safety Brand and Internal Awareness Programme for Somerfield, promoting this vital strand of wellbeing for all employees of the organisation. A diverse and inclusive ‘family’ of characters ensured maximum engagement and a powerful platform for compelling messaging.

AIB Employee Pensions Brochure

Allied Irish Bank were keen to ensure maximum uptake of their new Company Pension amongst their UK employee base. They came to Equality Law and we created the Pensions Programme brand – conceptualising, designing and writing the Brochure itself, as well as the accompanying internal communications.

Somerfield Outplacement Programme

Equality Law works across the Total People Proposition, so when Somerfield needed to make redundancies due to their merger with the Co-operative Group, we created a warm and empathetic Outplacement environment featuring specially designed and written literature, as well as a colour-coded hub and bespoke internal communications.

4) Inclusivity Surveys

The Guardian Inclusivity Survey

Guardian News & Media is the UK’s leading voice in liberal journalism. When it needed to identify and address any internal Inclusivity issues within its own organisation, it retained Equality Law to hold initial management workshops, run an organisation-wide Inclusivity Survey – then work with the MD, Head of Diversity and Senior Managers to create a measurable 5-stage plan to make the organisation an exemplary inclusive organisation.
